Declaration of Consent

By accessing the jys9 platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are asked to stop using the platform immediately.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between jys9 and the user. By using the platform, both parties commit to the terms of this agreement.

Language & Interpretation

This document has been prepared in Bengali. Should any clarification or interpretation be needed, the jys9 support team is able to assist in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute over the interpretation of these terms, the decision of jys9 management shall be considered final.

Required Eligibility

To create an account on jys9 and use the platform, users must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age — for users aged 21 and above only.
• The account must be registered in the user's own name; operating an account in someone else's name is prohibited.
• Each individual may hold only one account.
• All information provided during account registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Users must use the platform voluntarily and of their own free will.

Registration Process

When creating an account on the jys9 platform, users must provide their correct personal information. The registration process may include name, mobile number, date of birth, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed.

Account Security

Keeping each account secure is entirely the user's responsibility. Users should keep the following in mind:

• Passwords should be strong and difficult to guess.
• Passwords or login details must never be shared with any third party.
• If unauthorized access is suspected, the jys9 support team must be notified immediately.
• The user is responsible for any unauthorized activity on their account.

jys9 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If anyone asks for your password, treat them as a fraudster and notify our support team immediately.

Identity Verification

jys9 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time to ensure a safe environment and prevent money laundering. A photo of a national identity card, passport, or birth registration certificate may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into jys9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals may be made from accounts that have successfully completed identity verification. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes of submission.

Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳16,000 → bonus capped at ৳15,000 → total balance ৳31,000.

The bonus amount will never exceed ৳15,000, regardless of how much is deposited.

Wagering Requirements

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, a 10x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited amount.

• Withdrawing from a bonus balance before the wagering requirement is met is not possible.
• Wagering contributions may differ depending on the game.
• Accepting a bonus offer is optional — users may play without a bonus if they prefer.

General Conditions for Using Promotions

• Claiming the same promotion more than once or from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• jys9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• In the event of a breach of promotion terms, the bonus balance may be forfeited.

General Gaming Rules

• Registration with false information.
• Identified as a minor.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Non-cooperation with identity verification.
• Account security needs after prolonged inactivity.

User's Right to Close Account

Any user may request to close their own account at any time. To do so, contact the jys9 support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Any remaining eligible balance will be settled before the account is closed.

jys9's Liability

jys9 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, jys9 is not liable in the following cases:

• Losses due to disruption of third-party internet connections.
• Issues arising from the user's own device or software.
• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical failures.
• Issues caused by third-party game providers.

In any case, jys9's maximum liability is limited to the original amount of that transaction.

Acknowledgement of Gaming Risk

Partial Invalidity

If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, all remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. The invalidity of one clause does not void the entire agreement.
